Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our olfactory experts inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
