Yes, all products sold on PerfumeM are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying a sample before committing to a full bottle.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
The main difference is the concentration of fragrance oils. Eau de Parfum (EDP) usually contains 15-20% oil and lasts 6-8 hours, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains 5-15% and lasts 4-6 hours.
